Dr. Paria’s comprehensive care model blends naturopathic and functional medicine principles to identify the why behind your symptoms — not just treat them.

Step 1: Discovery Call

Begin with a 15-minute discovery call where we explore your health history, main concerns, and goals. From there, we determine the best path forward and identify whether specialty labs are needed.

When appropriate, Dr. Paria recommends targeted testing to uncover root cause imbalances. Common examples include:

  • Comprehensive bloodwork

  • DUTCH urine hormone metabolites

  • GI MAP stool analysis

  • Micronutrient and metabolic panels

  • Mold or mycotoxin tests

  • Organic Acids Test (OAT)

Step 2: ACTION

If no labs are required, we can schedule your initial appointment right away.
If labs are ordered, your first visit will take place once results are ready for review.

During your first comprehensive consultation, we’ll:

1) Review your full health picture and lab data in depth

2) Examine foundational lifestyle pillars (diet, movement, sleep, stress, environment)

3) Build your personalized treatment plan — including supplement protocols, lifestyle strategies, and functional medicine recommendations

Step 3: FOLLOW UPs

Follow-up appointments are typically scheduled every 4–8 weeks, depending on your individual case. These visits allow for:

  • Plan adjustments based on progress

  • Updated lab reviews

  • Continued accountability and refinement

Between sessions, you’ll have full access to Dr. Paria’s Charm Health patient portal, where you can securely message for clarification or guidance as you progress through your plan.
